Policy 

All orders over $50 requires a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit. If deposit is not sent within 48 hours of receiving an invoice/quote, your order is not confirmed. NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER!!!!!! 

Orders with remaining balances are due day of pickup (can be sent before), but must be sent

before scheduled pick up time in order to receive your order. 

All orders $50 or less requires FULL payment. If payment is not sent within 48 hours of receiving an invoice/quote, your order is not confirmed. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER!!!!!!

Orders must be paid via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay.

Party Package orders require 2weeks notice. 

Last minute/Rush orders (7 days or less notice) are an additional $10 per dozen/menu item and $25 per un-customized Party Packages ONLY. Last minute/Rush orders are not available for customized Party Packages. 

If you need to change your pickup time, you must notify us at least 1-2 days in advance.

If you need to cancel your order, please give us at least 1weeks notice. Please keep in mind deposits are still NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be used towards a future order. If you cancel an order without a reasonable notice (1weeks notice) or no notice at all (no call, no show, no pickup) your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be required to pay another deposit to place another order.
